These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the software "Baccarat Display Pro" ("the Software") provided by Bawic Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on one (1) computer per license key. If you need to transfer your license to a different machine due to hardware failure or replacement, please contact us.
Prohibited Activities
- Copying, modifying, or reverse engineering the Software
- Transferring, sharing, or publicly disclosing your license key to any third party
- Reselling or redistributing the Software
Disclaimer
- The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- The Software is a scorecard recording and statistical display tool. It does not predict, guarantee, or influence any outcomes. It is not gambling software and contains no betting functionality.
- We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, regardless of the cause.
- Our total liability shall in no event exceed the amount you paid for the Software.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the license key has been delivered.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on this page.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
